My name is Mark Steven Nordlund and I've been a cartoonist, comedy/horror writer and advertising graphic designer for over 20 years. My comic strip Dead End County Monster, ran for seven years and met with great success in that short time. I was awarded Daily Deviant on DeviantArt and was voted in the top 50 comic strips out of over 9000 in 2015 by Comic Chameleon. However, my passion always found its heart in literary storytelling.

 

I release free, short publications regularly on this website, Boohouse Books Podcast, Google Play Books, Youtube and Patreon for fans of horror, dark fantasy and twisted humor. T-shirts and vinyl stickers are sold in my merchandise shop featuring characters and elements from my works. Aside from my free books, I publish full novels available everywhere books are sold as well as this site.
